Evaluate the workflow before the robot.

We look at floor area, surface mix, traffic, cleaning windows, access constraints, and the surrounding team. The goal is to identify where autonomous floor care may fit—and where it may not.

Every site requires its own assessment. A machine or operating model should not be selected until the environment is understood.
