The operating environment
The facility includes oil-prone manufacturing floors, warehouse dust, and dust-controlled workshop areas. Cleaning equipment also has to share space with AGVs, AMRs, and other moving systems used in daily production.
How the robots were used
CC1 robots handled scrubbing on manufacturing floors and a combination of vacuuming and scrubbing in warehouse areas. They operated as the cleaning component of a wider robot ecosystem that also supported delivery and material movement.
What the deployment illustrates
Industrial cleaning routes should be planned by zone rather than treated as one uniform task. Soil type, floor condition, traffic rules, crossings, and interaction with other autonomous equipment all shape where and how a cleaning robot can work.
