Ignore the category pitch
A business does not need to adopt automation in the abstract. It needs to decide whether a specific machine can improve a specific piece of work in a specific building.
Ask operational questions
Focus on route width, floor type, traffic, charging, water, maintenance, and who responds when the machine stops. Concrete questions make it easier to separate useful equipment from attractive demonstrations.
Set a modest first standard
A bounded first deployment should have a clear route, schedule, owner, and review date. A small result that can be verified is more useful than a large transformation promise.
