A 24-hour building still has changes in traffic by zone and time. Mapping those patterns can reveal routes that are practical even when the overall operation never stops.

Charging, tank service, bin emptying, inspection, and exception notes need to move cleanly from one team to the next. An unattended task still requires an owned beginning and end.
