Explain the job clearly
Staff should know which route the robot will handle and which responsibilities remain with people. Clear boundaries reduce uncertainty and make it easier to identify practical concerns early.
Choose the operating window
The lowest-traffic period is often the simplest starting point, but it must still fit access, security, charging, and cleaning schedules. Public operation should follow only after the route is dependable.
Create a response routine
People need to know what to do when the robot encounters an obstacle, needs service, or leaves work unfinished. A short, documented response is part of the deployment, not an exception to it.
