Keep useful equipment in service
A robot does not make every existing scrubber, vacuum, or manual tool obsolete. Older equipment may remain the best choice for spot work, stairs, compact rooms, or peak cleanup.
Assign each tool a job
Routes should specify which equipment handles open coverage, detail work, spills, and recovery when the primary machine is unavailable. Clear assignments prevent both duplication and neglected areas.
Manage one maintenance calendar
Autonomous and conventional equipment still require inspections, consumables, and repairs. Bringing those needs into one operating schedule makes the mixed fleet easier to own.
