Standardize what should repeat
Common route definitions, naming, inspection steps, and escalation rules make results easier to compare across sites. Local differences should remain visible rather than being forced into one template.
Build service before expansion
A larger fleet creates more batteries, brushes, filters, software, and repair events to manage. Parts, training, remote support, and field response should be designed before unit count becomes difficult to support.
Use data to find exceptions
Fleet reporting is most useful when it shows missed routes, repeated stoppages, and unusual service needs. Leadership needs a short list of actions, not simply more operating data.
