Route completion, interventions, component health, and maintenance records help teams find recurring issues. The history should support a decision without requiring a specialist to interpret every report.
Define access and response
Remote visibility is useful only when the right people can act on it. Roles, permissions, escalation, software updates, and after-hours coverage belong in the fleet plan.
